Your AI plans your training. Nobiru is where you do it.
Your AI assistant already knows your calendar, your runs and your goals. Let it plan your stretching, strength and cardio. Nobiru guides you through every session — and tells your AI how it went, so next week gets better.
Invite-only for now. Free while in beta.
Training plans that ignore your life don’t last
Fitness apps plan in a bubble
They don’t know about your packed Thursday, your Sunday run or your sore knee from last week.
A plan in a chat isn’t a workout
Your AI can write a great plan, but a list in a chat won’t time a 45-second hold or tell you to switch sides.
Nobody learns from how it went
Your AI never hears that the lunges hurt or the session was too easy, so the next plan repeats the same mistakes.
How it works
Set it up once in two minutes. After that, you just ask.
- 1
Connect your AI
Add Nobiru to Claude once. Your AI can then see your goals, your history and how your workouts felt.
- 2
Ask for a plan
Your AI knows your calendar and your other training. It plans sessions that fit your week and schedules them in Nobiru.
- 3
Do the workout
Press start. Nobiru counts, times and talks you through it. How it went goes back to your AI — and the next plan adapts.
Why Nobiru
Your AI, your context
Fitness apps only know what you type into them. Your AI knows your week — so the plan fits your life.
It learns every week
Effort, feeling, skipped exercises and pain go back to your AI. Easier where it hurt, a step up where it was easy.
Hands-free workouts
Timers, rest, “switch sides” prompts and spoken cues. Keep your eyes off the screen and on your form.
Progress you can trust
Every exercise keeps its history, so streaks, levels and per-exercise progress stay meaningful.

Questions
What is Nobiru?
Nobiru is a workout app that your own AI assistant plans. You connect it to Claude once; Claude plans your stretching, strength and cardio, and you do the sessions in Nobiru’s guided player. Afterwards, Nobiru tells your AI how it went so the next plan adapts.
Can Claude plan my workouts?
Yes. Add Nobiru as a connector in Claude. Claude can then read your goals, history and feedback, create sessions from your exercise library and schedule them in Nobiru.
Does Nobiru work with ChatGPT or Gemini?
Not yet — Nobiru works with Claude today. Tell us which assistant you use when you join the waitlist; that decides what we support next.
Why not just ask my AI for a workout plan?
You can, but a plan in a chat is just a list. Nobiru turns it into a guided workout with timers and spoken cues, and sends the results back, so your AI learns what worked.
What kind of training does Nobiru cover?
Stretching and mobility, strength (at home or in the gym) and cardio. Your AI fits it around the sports you already do, like running or cycling.
Is it safe?
Every exercise has step-by-step instructions, cues and cautions. If you report pain, your AI avoids loading that area and suggests easier variants. Nobiru doesn’t diagnose; for repeated or strong pain, see a professional.
Where is my data stored?
In Switzerland. Your AI only sees what you allow through the connector, and you can disconnect it at any time.
What does it cost?
Nobiru is free while it’s invite-only.
Is there a phone app?
Nobiru runs in your phone’s browser and can be added to your home screen. Native iPhone and Android apps are in testing.
